Self Respect

 
I'm writing this article not because I'm a leader to any organization or student's club.But, I'm writing this because I want to write it so badly.
So, hope you can spend your precious time with some of my ideas here:

1. Being a leader needs charisma and high self- confidence.
Just imagine, how your subordinate want to follow your order if you look hesitate and display your weakness to them.

2. Great communication Skills.
You will have variety of interrogation with thousand of organization and high achievement people. Everything you do will bring a credit. This communication including the Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, body language coherency, tone and intensity of your voice and everything.
Remember, all of these are supremely important to persuade others and gain self-respect as a leader.

3. Good cognitive and justification of gudgement.
You are the one who brings do & doesn't to your organization. So, every decision is crucial and give great significance to all of them.

4.Good time management & Prioritize on each task.
We only have 24hours a day & 7 days a week. Nevertheless, our life are not just limited to ourselves. We need to make some chunk and classification for each task to make sure our contributions are fair and square to others.

5.Seeks advice and make amends and improvement.
We are people who born ignorant and needs to learn with others. We must ingrain our mind with abundance of knowledge and find people for a piece of mind.
This's important to make sure we can lead ourselves for other's sake.
